Service Excellence Award is to recognize Busy Bees employees who demonstrated high quality of customer service and go the extra mile to delight both the internal and external
customers.

Award recipients will have to meet four critierias:
• Demonstrates exceptional ability in dealing with people
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships/communication with internal and external customers
• Customer Compliments – at least five impactful compliments
• Compliments from internal and external customers.
